Inspired by Mediterranean votive offerings, I created this Sacred Heart as a miniature porcelain prayer. An intimate thought, personal to each and every one, to be kept close to one's heart.
It's not a religious piece of jewelry, but the idea is close. It's intended as a contemporary talisman. It houses a personal, hidden wish, one you've assigned to it. It's up to you to give it its full meaning and carry it with you.
Each piece is hand-modeled, painted and glazed in fine porcelain, then enhanced with fine gold-gilded details.

Chain length: 48 cm + 6 cm extension. Can be worn as a choker or as a more classic necklace (the paperclip chain allows for attachment for all lengths)
